Jay leads strategy at Knoxville Marketing Pro. He has spent more than 15 years building websites and doing SEO and marketing for businesses, on top of 25+ years in technology. He also runs MedTech Consulting, a marketing and technology firm that has worked with medical practices for more than 15 years, and he has built two AI tools for medical offices. That last part is a big reason he pays close attention to how AI search is changing the way customers find local businesses.
